HSC NetID Password Reset

This service is provided so that anyone with an HSC NetID can gain access to their account if they forget their password or if their password has expired.

This service is normally provided on demand.

What We Do

Upon verification of your identity, we will generate a temporary password that will allow you to reset your password. Visit http://hsc.unm.edu/about/cio/user-support/support/accounts.html for instructions on resetting you password from on and off campus.

You can answer ooptional challenge and response questions so that you can retrieve your password in the future.

Why Do I Want It?

This service allows you to access your account in the event that you cannot remember your password or your password has expired.

Who Is This For?

This service is available to HSC faculty, staff and students with valid HSC accounts.

Please visit http://hsc.unm.edu/about/cio/user-support/support/accounts.html for instructions on how to reset your HSC NetID password from on and off campus.

What Do I Need?

Please have a photo ID available if coming in person. If calling in by phone, you will be asked additional information to confirm your identity.


Service Hours

Assistance with resetting your HSC NetID password is available M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., excluding UNM holidays.
